Privacy Policy
The short version: we only collect what you choose to send us, we use it to reply to you and provide our services, and we never sell it. Please don't send us any patient health information.
Who we are
Medfluencer is a social media marketing service for independent medical practices, operated by DirectPrimaryCareOrlando (“we,” “us”). This policy covers medfluencer.biz. Questions: directprimarycareorlando@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Information you submit. When you request a call, we receive what you enter: your name, practice name, email, and optionally your phone number, practice model, the plan you're interested in, and any notes.
- Emails you send us, including anything you attach.
- Basic technical data. Like nearly every website, our hosting provider automatically processes data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to deliver and secure the site. We don't add analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies to this site.
Patient health information
This website is not designed to receive protected health information (PHI). Please don't include any patient names, health details or other patient information in the form or in emails to us. Our content services are designed so that we don't need PHI. If a client engagement ever requires it, we'll agree on appropriate safeguards in writing first, such as a business associate agreement, before any PHI is shared.
How we use information
- To reply to you, schedule calls and answer questions
- To provide, manage and bill for services you sign up for
- To keep the site secure and working
- To keep business records and meet legal obligations
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Who helps us
We use a few service providers that process information on our behalf:
- Formspree delivers form submissions to our email inbox.
- Google provides our email (Gmail) and the web fonts this site loads, which means your browser contacts Google's servers.
- Vercel hosts this website.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a business transfer.
How long we keep it
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including any legal or accounting requirements, and then delete it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing directprimarycareorlando@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights, and we'll honor requests as required by applicable law. We won't discriminate against you for making a request.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
This site is for businesses and medical professionals. It isn't directed to children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Links to other sites, such as our sources or social platforms, are governed by those sites' own privacy policies.
